Ana Da Silva - Director

Ana has over 24 years experience working within the private sector, government, and not-for-profit organisations in the areas of cultural change, organisation development, conflict management, change management and leadership development. Ana is a practitioner who values high quality of service and interesting, challenging work.

Recent consultation work includes: Organisation Development Consultant, Thiess John Holland Airportlink Project; Senior OD Consultant for Brisbane City Council; Change Manager for APA Group; conducting Conflict Management seminars for various companies, and contracted performance improvement at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

As Director of Organymics - The Organisaton Dynamics Consultants - Ana provided OD consulting, organisation reviews, leadership development, change faciliation, coaching and special support in conflict management strategies. Interventions were aimed at organisation, team and individual levels, tailored to the specific needs of clients - many of whom were non-profit organisations.

During her career she has also worked within Human Resource management, particularly in Strategic HR and growing business through better people strategies.

Ana has completed a Masters in Organisation Dynamics, postgraduate qualifications in Action Learning as well as a Diploma in Psychotherapy. She is a member of the AHRI (Australian Human Resources Institute).

On a personal note, Ana managed her own successful consultancy business in Melbourne for ten years before succumbing to the lure of the Sunshine State. She brings her sense of humour and enjoyment of working with managers, thinking about the real issues, and moving companies forward.
